Enrollment Process

An Admissions Rep will personally assist you in each step of the transferring process. Here is an abbreviated list of the steps most students will take:

Step #1: Application
Complete an enrollment application. This can be accomplished online at http://caps.indwes.edu/apply/

Step #2: Transcripts
We need an official transcript from all colleges where you have earned any college credits. A transcript will only be considered official if it is mailed by the school's registrar directly to IWU in a sealed envelope. You may not deliver them.

Step #3: Application Fee
Send a $25 application fee.

Step #4: TOEFL
Submit a copy of your TOEFL scores if English is not your primary language.

Step #5: Acceptance
Once above steps are completed IWU will evaluate your transcripts and officially accept you into a BS completion program.

Step #6: Payment Plan
Determine which payment option you will use:

  1. If you desire to know if you qualify for any financial aid (loans or grants) you must complete a FAFSA application at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
  2. If your employer is reimbursing you, you may have your payment due date postponed until after the course in complete.
  3. If you choose to self-pay, you must pay for each course just before it starts.
Once your payment plan has been established you are ready to start taking classes!
